Heating Insert UP-Set 2000

Heating Insert UP-Set 2000

The Heating Insert UP-Set 2000 is designed for the stable heating of Petri dishes, POC Cell Cultivation Systems and object slides. It offers a high temperature constancy and thermal conductivity during the observation of cell and tissue cultures on upright microscopes.

Description:

  • Solid heating element for the stable heating of cell culture systems
  • High temperature constancy and thermal conductivity - especially suited for laser scanning microscopy (LSM)
  • No disturbing switching pulses are emitted which makes the insert ideal for electrophysiological experiments
  • Supplied with 3 exchangeable baseplates with different observation openings: Petri dishes, POC Cell Cultivation Systems and a variety of object slides can be observed
  • Constant focus across the whole observation area: the insert can be adjusted correctly with four adjusting screws.
  • A glass cover with a central glass insert (DIC) is supplied
  • Suitable for perfusion applications
  • Local CO2 and O2 gassing with the suitable components
