Description:

• Large incu­ba­tor for the invert­ed micros­cope Nikon Eclipse Ti2-E (a vari­ant for usage with Stage Up Kit is avail­able) for warm air incu­ba­tion and CO₂/O₂ control
• Easy attache­ment to the micros­cope in a few sim­ple steps
• Silicone-sealed open­ings for the feed-through of cables with­out the need to dis­con­nect them
• Black cas­ing mate­r­i­al for micro­scop­ic tech­niques in which scat­tered light is dis­turb­ing, e.g. flu­o­res­cence microscopy
• Two large black slid­ing doors at the front of the incu­ba­tor on the left and right hand side
• A mov­able obser­va­tion win­dow behind the front slid­ing doors enables the incu­ba­tion appli­ca­tion to be mon­i­tored with­out heat loss. This win­dow can be pushed com­plete­ly to the left, allow­ing an easy access to the inside of the incubator.
• Two slide-in mod­ules are avail­able; the left one with a silicone-sealed open­ing for cables and hoses
• Equipped with an inte­ri­or light­ing that con­sists of an LED bar on the front inside and an on/off switch on the top right of the incubator
• One-piece tem­per­a­ture sen­sor cable that is adjustable in length and does not have to be plugged into the incu­ba­tor => lower risk of damage
• New design: the lamp sup­port seal­ing can be swiveled back over the lamp sup­port and the attached fil­ter slider
• Hold­er for the 250 ml Humid­i­fi­ca­tion Bot­tle on the inner left side of the incubator
• Homoge­nous heat dis­tri­b­u­tion in the obser­va­tion area by a con­cen­tric air sup­ply from the rear
• For oper­a­tion, other heat­ed or non-heated com­po­nents are recommend
• For spe­cial appli­ca­tions (e.g. mul­ti­well plates with glass bot­toms) the incu­ba­tor can be oper­at­ed with the Heat­ing Unit alone
• Local CO₂ and O₂ gassing with the suit­able components
