Small light-tight and laser-safe incu­ba­tor for the use in com­bi­na­tion with a Heat­ing Insert. Designed with a heat­able black cover that warms the incu­ba­tion cham­ber from the top, the incu­ba­tor is made for a local gas and tem­per­a­ture con­trol of var­i­ous cell cul­ture ves­sels in a closed environment.

Description:


  • Small incu­ba­tor for the sta­bi­liza­tion of in vitro con­di­tions of cell- and tis­sue cul­tures dur­ing micro­scop­ic examination
  • Homoge­nous dis­tri­b­u­tion of heat and gas in com­bi­na­tion with:
    - Heat­ing Insert P S
    - Heat­ing Insert P S Lab-Tek
  • No con­den­sa­tion of water on the cover of the vessel
  • Built-in user safe­ty: Two mag­nets are posi­tioned and fixed on the micros­cope stage and acti­vate the reed con­tacts which switch off the laser when the incu­ba­tor is removed; an addi­tion­al switch for the laser safe­ty (screw with mag­net) is locat­ed behind the stage
  • The Temp­Mod­ule S con­trols the tem­per­a­ture, the CO2 Mod­ule S the CO2-con­cen­tra­tion inside the incubator
